Is really healthy food?
Our Meals were designed and balanced by experts and follow the guidelines of the American Heart Association and the USDA Food suggestions for portion control, and no sugar added.
Is it fresh?
Our Meals are prepare and cook daily using premium garden fresh ingredients. No frozen or vacuum packed foods.
Where do the meals arrive?
All of our meals arrive in individual recyclable/microwave safe containers. Each dish has it's own nutritional information displayed in a label.
How can i start with Fit4u?
You can purchase any of our plans online with your credit card or paypal account.
Is there a registration fee or commitment?
Fit4u has no contracts or commitment. It is pay as you go!
There are no registration fees and you will only pay for what you order at the time of checkout.
What are the times of delivery?
Your Fit4u meals will be delivered fresh to your home or business between the hours of 7:00 am and 12:00 pm for your convenience.

Returns or Refund Policy
Our Plans are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Fit4u Online Store and your plan still active, You may contact us within 10 days from the purchase date if you wish to stop your meal plan and get a partial refund for your order.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or making a purchase. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
